Dear Pooja,
If you are going to give NEET 2020 then you should not be wasting time reading reference books. The books which you need to study for preparation of neet are NCERTs for all the three subjects i.e., physics, chemistry and biology. NCERT should be your base. After reading NCERT you can read the packages from any prestigious coaching institutes such as Aakash, Allen etc., You need to practice previous year question papers and solve as many problems as you can from all the three subjects. You can refer mtg's NCERT fingertips, mtg's champion for question banks. This much would be sufficient to crack NEET at this point of time. But if you are planning to give NEET 2021 then, you can also study from reference books such as Pradeep publication, S. Chand publication for chemistry. S.L Arora , H.C Verma for physics. S. Chand for biology too, but ncert would work here.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!
