You'll be eligible for BAMS if you score 50 Percentile marks which are for unreserved category and 40th percentile of you belong to some reserved category like SC/ST in NEET ranking. The previous year eligibility cutoff was 134 marks for the general unreserved category and 107 marks for the reserved category. While the cut-off for BAMS usually 420+ for General Candidate in GOVERNMENt Ayurvedic colleges. In private colleges, the cutoff might be a little lesser.  The scores might vary depending upon the college and the domicile state.

If specific colleges were about to talk then I'll like to mention some top colleges like -

  1. Government Ayurvedic College Nagpur had a cutoff close to around 420 marks.
  2. Institute of Medical Science, Banaras University, Varanasi, it had a cutoff in the range of 421-430 marks.
  3. Ayurvedic college, Sion, Mumbai had a cutoff greater than 431
