Hello Aspirant,

Yes NEET paper is completely based as per the directions of the NTA as it is the testing organization which conducts the exam but the syllabus is as described by the medical council of India, which is MCI and there has been no changes in the syllabus irrespective of the changes in the dates of the exams.
