There is no change in the NEET exam pattern. The exam pattern is as follows-

Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted in offline (pen and paper based) mode
Duration of the exam: Duration of the exam will be 3 hours
Language/Medium: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada and Urdu
Total Number of Questions: 180 questions will be asked in the exam
Total Marks: Exam will be of 720 marks. 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer
Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions will be asked in the exam

Hi,
Neet patter for 2020 exam remains the same except for the fact that it is being conducted by NTA.
There will be questions for physics, chemiatry, botany and zoology. The biology section will weigh a major of 360 marks while physics and chemistry will weigh 180 each. 45 questions will be asked from each of the four sections.

Each correct answer will be rewarded 4 marks. Each wrong answer - 1 marks. And unanswered questions will me marked as 0.

Paper duration will be 3 hours and it will be conducted in pen paper mode.
