neet pg 2018 rank status showing withheld,what will be the reason this?

I sent my scanned copy of MBBS result 4 days back, still my rank status is withheld. I scored 603 marks. When it will be okay? Any contact number to call them directly? pls help

U need to send scanned copy of ur mbbs mark sheet..

@Avleen Kaur Madam,  any idea when the ranks will be published for withheld candidates?  And also I have sent the marksheets in JPEG format,  any issue with that?
