dear vijay,

In this situation at first I suggest you to please go to your inbox of registered email id which you have provided during form filling because after successful registration of any application form candidates get a message of successfully registration in his or her registered email id as well as in registered mobile number where  the registration number as well as the password is mentioned. so please check your mail first.

you can also retrieve your registration number and password by going to the forgot password or forgot registration number section of the official website .
