There has been no clarification regarding this from neither SC bench nor National Testing Agency .

This news currently pertains to NEET PG only . However if there is a ruling regarding redefining the EWS 8lakh above slab then it's certainly going to affect NEET UG counselling too and it's also going to get postponed
