If you want to clear NEET exam with good marks then you should do previous year question papers.
But the thing is that since 2018 the pattern has changed and the level of difficulty has decreased, so the papers of the past years are a bit different.
In my opinion you should all the exercises of NCERT Physics book and also the past years question papers of years after 2018.
