Since you have not mentioned your category, assuming that you are from general category, with a score of 520 it is not possible to a state quota seat in government colleges in Jharkhand. However there are chances for private colleges for state quota seats.

There are also chances for BDS course in government and private colleges both.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 520 marks   you hold low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
In Neet 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for general category under jharkhand state quota was 580 marks and it was for Patliputra Medical college, Dhanbad

With your marks you have chances for govt quota seats   in private medical college and deemed universities
