There is no chance for a MBBS seat. But there are chances for you to get a seat in private colleges and deemed colleges. If you are desperate about a medical seat then take NEET year also. Let me remind you that many people who have secured more marks are those took NEET for the second time. If you are not that desperate about medicine. Then go with other fields like engineering or pursue bachelors in your area of interest. Like if you are strong in chemistry then pursue B.Sc in physics.

You have not mentioned if you have any category reservation as this will greatly affect the cutoffs.

But based on your marks it seems difficult to get into any government college through the AIQ quota for MBBS.

Please give more details like reservation, preferred state, etc.
