For modifications in the form, the correction window will be open from 15th January, 2020.

If you want to modify details-go to the link, log in through your registration no. ,click on the 'correction in neet application form' button, edit or modify the details, preview and submit.

For photograph, you might receive a message regarding that.if so,go to the official site, login with the details asked, there must be an option to reupload your picture, click and do so, submit it and you are good to go.
