The cut off marks for Government Medical College, Chandrapur, Maharashtra was 

489-490 for Open Category

470 marks for Reserved Category

These cut off marks are for last year. The cut off marks usually vary for every year and will most likely change in this year also. Therefore, a a score in the range of 450-500 will have some chances of admission in this college through NEET 2019 state quota counselling.

For all India Quota counselling the cut off was 540-550 in 2018 so a score more than 550 will have better chances of admission through AIQ counselling.

Dear Mahendra, you havent mentioned your Category. We do not have 2018 data handy. Neverthless, in 2017 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

70% Regional: Vidarbha, Maratha, Rest of Maharashtra

General Category: 485
OBC: 487

30% State:

General Category: 498
OBC: 497

The cut offs always go higher. This year the cut offs went higher by 15 marks over all. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
