AIIMS AND NEET- YES 

AIIMS =  -1/3 AND NEET=  -1

I am aiming to score 80-85 marks in AIIMS 2018 and I belong to SC community. Will I get admission in any of the AIIMS institutions including the newly build institutions.Kindly please give a reply

Not sure about marks. Your rank and percentile will determine that. With 90 marks you will not yet called for 1st counselling. But you might get Nagpur and Guntur in 3rd or open counseling

Are you asking for JIPMER? There is negative marking, For Correct Response you will be awarded +4 marks and -1 for Incorrect Response. You can check the further information with the given below link.
