Yes, if you had complete your 12th in 2019 or 2020 you can apply.To appear for NEST entrance exam you should have passed the 12th class with minimum of 60% percentage in science stream 55% for reserved category students  and candidates must have passed the 12th qualified examination in year 2019 or 2020 for appearing in 2021 NEST exam.For more information click here
