Yes CBSE has decided to reduce the syllabus seeing the pandemic. Approximately 33% syllabus is be reduced and for academic year 2020-21 and schools are free to rationalize their syllabus from 1-8. But these are as per the latest news and can be changed seeing the condition of vaccine, medication for corona and many other factors.
