Hello Dear,

The National Institution of Design (NID) will conduct the Design Aptitude Test (DAT) 2021 to provide admissions to two and a half year Master of Design (M.Des) programme offered at NID Ahmedabad, Bengaluru and Gandhinagar.

The Design Aptitude Tests will be conducted in two stages:

Stage 1: Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Prelims

Stage 2: Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Mains

The final marks of the candidate appearing for the M.Des. programme of the National Institute of Design, will be calculated based on the weightages of the marks obtained in the DAT Prelims and DAT Mains as follows:

Programme/Test - M.Des. (all disciplines)

DAT Prelims - 30%

DAT Mains - 70%
