GATE is a prerequisite for most of the government colleges if you wish to apply for a Master's degree in computer science and engineering or any other branch. You must look for the private colleges and contact them, for most of the private GATE qualification as not an eligibility criteria and they will only consider your bachelor's degree grades. Good Luck!
