Yes, it is a problem if your NEET admit card does not have your name or date on it.

The admit card must have all correct details like your name, date of birth, exam date, roll number, etc. Without your name and date, it may be considered invalid, and you might not be allowed to enter the exam centre.

You should immediately download it again from the official website and check. If the problem is still there, contact NTA through their helpline or email as soon as possible.
