As I mentioned you earlier for CSE a candidate can do graduation in any discipline, as you belong to science stream there are various options based on your interests and subjects combinations such as medical or allied fields, engineering, BSc (Hons), BCA,BPharm,BDes, Bpharma to name a few.

As per previous year trends, people from medicine as well as engineering backgrounds have topped in CSE, this is the reason people from diverse background are eligible to appear for this, because  eventually it's your preparation and strategy is what sail you through the exam with determination and single-minded focus.

You can also gain work experience in your choosen field for few years after graduation and then appear for UPSC, many candidates do that as well, all depends on you only.
