Because, at the time of verification process, the authorities and officials would ask you about the same of surname present on all documents and not on your admit card. So, you may land it trouble.

You can get a new admit card if possible by writing a grievance letter to the concerned authorities or you may also contact them through phone number or email provided by them on their official website.
