Uttaranchal University offers an array of courses UG, PG, Diploma and Research programmes under different departments. It also offers Lateral Entry into B.Tech., B.Pharm. and BHM courses. Candidates can also take admission in a 1-year Certificate course in Hotel Management.

Admission to all the courses is based on merit in the qualifying exam followed by an Interview.

For B.Tech., the university also considers the rank obtained in JEE Main exam.

Candidates are provided admission in B.Pharm. and D.Pharm. based on merit in Uttaranchal University Entrance Exam (UUEE).

Admission to Diploma in Engineering is based on merit or JEEP score.

Securing admission in M.Tech solely depends upon the GATE/UKSEE score.

Candidates can take admission in MBA on the basis of CAT/MAT/XAT/UUEE exam.

For M.Sc, the university offers admission based on merit or an entrance test.

Admission to Ph.D. is based on UGC-NET (JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET/ SLET/ Teacher’s Fellowship and performance in the Interview round.

Interested candidates can fill the application from either in online or offline mode. The application fee is INR 1200/-.

The University reserves 40% seats for students of Uttarakhand state under state quota and rest are open to students from all over India.

It also reserves 5%seats for differently abled candidates as per Govt. norms.
