if the exam authority find any discrepancy in your application form , then they will send you notification once via email, once the form filling is over. you did not mention which exam you are asking about. if you are interested to know about neet ug, then I can say neet ug application correction window will open from 15 january to 31 january. that time you can make correction in application form.
