Yes you can. You need to atleast 17 years as on December 31st of the year of admission and you need to complete your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as core subjects. You need to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combination. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So if you fulfil this criteria, because there is no upper age limit and even NIOS Candidates can appear for NEET, you are eligible to appear for NEET.
