Rohit, if you are enquiring about NEET UG, NTA will conduct NEET 2020 once this year and it will be on May 3rd, 2020. The notification has been released and tomorrow is the last day for the correction window. The admit cards will be released in March and the results in June. In this case, it is highly unlikely that NEET will be held twice this year. And what might happen in 2021 cannot be predicted right away as it is too early, And the NEET score has been released always in the form of marks and unless there is any notification from NTA regarding this, rest all remains speculation.

Presently according to neet guidelines the exam is conducted twice a year once in January and once in May. The candidate can appear for both the exams and the better score is considered. For candidates who only appear for one exam that score is considered. Based on these marks the percentile will be calculated and released on June 4,2020.
