Attained 17 years by 31st December of the appearing year.

As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET, hence no more restrictions in terms of number of attempts.

Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry , Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.

PCB aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category which in your case is OBC hence you should have PCB aggregate of 40%
