By Indian I am not sure if you are referring to India or First Nations - I have worked with both since I moved from UK to Canada 14 years and started working as an RN.

I first registered in Alberta and am currently registering in Nova Scotia. Each province has a different registration process and pays differently - Alberta pays the highest and is fully Unionised.

I have worked with Nurses from many different countries and they all seem happy and settled.

It certainly helps that most RN’s from India speak good English.
