The college will ensure that the caste is included in the Central List of OBC. The certificate must mention non-creamy layer status of the candidate.
Your name should also be included in the same.
Then only it shall be considered.

that's the problem... it doesn't has my name on it... what should i do now???.. go without opting for obc??
