The cut off for various medical colleges changes every year and depends on the difficulty level of the question paper as well as the number of students appearing for the exam. The OBC cut off in NEET 2019 in Assam was somewhat around 400 marks to get admission in MBBS. Well , generalized cut off was 142 marks which are just for clearing. Admission depends on the cut off for various colleges.
