OBC ncl students fall in OBC category .Pwd category is only for person with disabilities and have disability of 40 % or above . So , you belong to simple OBC ncl category if you are non creamy layered and yoy are not diasbled with disability of 40% or above .

There are many category under OBC like OBC NCL, OBC creamy layer, OBC PWD. 

OBC NCL means - Other Backward Class Non-Creamy Layer. It is a certificate issued by Central Govt to people who are under central OBC list and whose income is below 6.0 lpa for the perpose of reservation to education institutions and jobs.

OBC PWD means - Other Backward Class (Person with Disabilities)having 40% and above disability will enjoy 3% reservation in each of category i,e SC, ST, OBC, etc.

OBC with creamy layer under this category are better wealthier. Henece; all three are different category.
