Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, the format of O.B.C certificate you can get in brocher or can get directly from the nearest tehsil or S.D.M office. And for O.B.C certificate dates it should be updated or renewed after 1st of april of every year. Validity of any category certificate is till 1 april after it you need to renew it.
