OBC-PwD candidate with 100 marks in NEET UG is not qualified. Minimum marks needed are around 113 for OBC-PwD. Without qualifying, admission is not possible in any government medical college. MBBS, BDS or other courses need NEET qualification. So, no seat is available at 100 marks.

Since cutoffs are typically above 110, admission to government medical colleges is unlikely for OBC PwDs with 100 NEET UG scores.
