Given your OBC rank 12030, securing a seat in any NLU highly depends on your state domicile. With All-India Quota, it is unlikely to get into an NLU as the ranks closes around 4,000 - 5,000. However, if you belong to Maharashtra or Assam you do have a chance of securing a seat in MNLU Nagpur, Aurangabad and Assam NLUJA. You can also look for vacant seats from lower-tier NLUs.
