See I don't know about which examination you are talking about. The EWS category is usually used for giving the reservation of 10% among the seats in different institutions. Except that there are no such scholarship/fee reimbursement programs for the EWS certificate holders, although many state government offers scholarship if the annual income is less than a given maxima of salary of the students family. SO you can do that but for just being an EWS you don't get any such facilities.
