It is not mandatory to sow an income certificate at teh tim eof counselling. However if you want to avail benefits like EWS quotathen you will be asked for income certificate as a proof and also in case of certain scholarships. Unless you are from EWS quota or you want any tuition fee waiver scholarship the income certificate is not compulsory.
