Hello,

Yes outside Maharastra Students can get government college through MHCET. The rank will be low and it will be a bit challenging. Every college keep a reservation for outer state candidates. They have to secure enough rank so that they can qualify the merit list specified by the respective college. If you have taken the test and want to join then check for the merit list of the college in which you are interested.
