The issue you are facing is because of incomplete payment and as you told that you have made correction in your category so the remaining/correction amount you have to pay which you have not paid yet and hence you are getting message from NTA regarding this.

So please pay you correction fee otherwise your correction will not be made and admit card will be issued for the earlier details which you have in your application form before making correction.
