I hope you are doing good .I would like to know you that at your percentile your estimated rank would be around 265980 - 299000 .At this rank you holds very very low chances in getting admission into IITS or NITS.  Even getting admission in state universities is also very difficult at this rank .  I would suggest you to either go deemed universities by entrance or prepare very very hard for next attempt.

74 percentile would fetch you a rank around 265980-299000 .As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc.based on your rank you have tough to no chances to fetch seat in nits,iiits.you need better percentile of 96-98+  to fetch seat in top nits,iiits.workhard for the upcoming jeemain sessions..you can get closing rank for josaa official website: https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
