One Postcard size , color photograph (4″X6″) with a white background to be pasted on the proforma that is downloaded along with the admit card which will be handed over to the examiner in the exam hall.

You have to mention for which exam your admit card of .As there are different things in different exams. But generally passport size photo is used for pasting on admit card. And some exam authority tells to have the passport size photo self-attested. But this is not necessary for some admit cards. So, do as per instructions of the exam authority.
