Take a look at eligibility criteria for CMAT 2020 which is given below

• A candidate must have passed bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised board or university. Candidates who belong to general category/OBC must secure atleast 50% aggregate in their bachelor's degree. For SC/ST minimum of 45% aggregate is required in bachelor's degree.
• Candidates who are presently in final are also eligible to apply.

So if you are in final year of B.tech and if you have minimum aggregate as stated above then you are eligible to apply for CMAT 2020.
