Although you haven't mentioned or tagged the name of the school or place you are talking about in the question, let me tell you that class 9th and 11th are handled by the school authorities only. So, the final exams may be online or offline depending upon the pandemic situation at a particular place. Schools have started opening slowly, but the decision of conducting exams and the mode of conducting it, rests with the school. Or, there may be orders from the ministry of education, and the steps may be taken accordingly. So, nothing is confirmed yet.
