You cant get a good score in jee without preparation preparation for it. Getting good marks in 12th is also important but you can get through jee with just preparing for boards.You will need to have a separate strategy for it. Its bot necessary that you have to go for coaching, you can preparer at home too.
Just highlight the topics which you haven't read yet, and start with them.
Make a routine and divide the timing for the three subjects.
Complete NCERT  for physics and chemistry.
For maths, practice from r.d Sharma or RS Agarwal.
After completion of every chapter, you practice the DDP and study material of any good coaching or else, practice previous years questions.These days there are lots of online platforms that provide mick tests and tutorial videos.You can also check it from careers360 from the link that i will provide you below.
For physics, i would recommend you to study and practice D.C Pandey.
For chemistry, ncert +RC Mukherjee(physical) , I think that would be enough .

Atleast do these little things as this will help you to enhance your score and don't scare and just give you best.

Studying only class 12 do not secure you more marks and best rank in the jee main

The class 12 weightage will be 55% and class 11 will be 45% you have to ready with both the 12 and 11 classes syllabus or else you can't score more

And by reading only class 12 do not enhance to do every sum in exam you only do 50% of you learned so study both the class syllabus for better performance
