Original certificate of class 12 result is not mandatory .you download the result of class 12 from cbse website

See, colleges generally give you time, cause they are aware that original certificates take time to arrive, however, for now you can upload if it's important, but ones you receive your original  the downloaded one becomes invalid, so when u receive original scan it and upload it then.
