ota physical fitness requirements and even physical fitness test what are there

Hello,

There are certain tests that would test your physical fitness if you join OTA. The varius physical tasks have to be done in certain time limits and upto certain number of times.

Here i have listed below few of them -

The details mentioned are for women cadets

• 2.4 Km run -  13 mins 30 sec

• Sit Ups - 25

• Push Up - 10

• Chin Up - 02


• To be deemed ‘Medically fit’, a candidate must be in good physical and m ental health and free from any disease/syndrome/disability likely to interfere w ith the efficient performance of military duties in any terrain, climate, season i ncluding sea and air, in remote areas, in austere conditions with no medical a id. Candidate also should be free of medical conditions which require frequent v isit to medical facilities and use of any aid / drugs.
