I would say KGMC. Mostly because of the established hospital as compared to the newer AIIMS. During MBBS your interaction with patients and the chance to experience various cases is very crucial. Academic wise I believe all government institutes stand more or less equally. Hence the city and the hospital should play a decisive role.
