Hey Sorat Borah,

Assam JLEE 2019 or Assam Joint Lateral Entrance Examination is conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam for B.E. course admission. The eligibility criteria specifically states that the candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam. Hence, other states students are not eligibile to appear for the exam.

dear mam , I am also a permanent resident of assam , I am belongs from assam but now I am studying diploma cources in kanpur . Mam , can I applicable for this exam? please ans me...

If you can produce a domicile certificate or a certificate declaring u as a permanent resident, yes you can.
