Other than NCERT book for class 11 which books you prefer most for BIOLOGY and CHEMISTRY?Please give a desirable answer.

For chemistry, you're better off sticking to NCERT for Inorganic chemistry. And by heart everything in biology too.

As of other books, I'd suggest L. G. Wade for organic chemistry if you're looking to master the subject.
And any standard book for physical chemistry.
