The eligibility criteria states that you should have completed your Bachelor's degree with either Mathematics or Statistics as one of your subjects. Now it is understood that you cannot have a subject for the entire duration of the course and so even if do not have Mathematics as your subject only in the 3rd semester, you are eligiblle for NIMCET.
