yeah. they can track all that you do. if your email is like in the format of ' :yourname/rollnumber:@institutename.org.in (mailto::yourname/rollnumber:@institutename.org.in) or something like this, then they can surely track your browsing history and your other web activities.

there is no way you can stop being tracked. it is an institutional mail id. so they have the main control. they have even the power to change your password and other details,. so dont mess up with that
