Hi Sushmita. I would suggest you to talk to your college authorities and explain them why you need the passing certificate. Explain them properly about the situation. I hope they will understand and help you.

In this case write an application to your Head of the department and request him to help you. In case it is not in his hands then do the same to the examination department or to the Vice principle. They would surely help you in this matter.
