It would be difficult to calculate marks from the percentile. But you can definitely calculate your rank from:
((100-your percentile)*869010)/100,where 869010 is the number of students who appeared for the Jan Jee exam.

It should be noted if no. Of students to take exam in September increased,then the rank will be calculated from from that.
